so here's jack locked in the car. yes, locked in the car. i had two babies to take home from the park (i was babysitting) and i put jack in the front, turned on the car, and shut the doors to put the other baby in the carseat. jack takes his cute little finger and pushes the auto lock. i freaked. LUCKILY i had turned on the AC so he was nice and comfortable. of course, my cell phone was in the car as well. LUCKILY my friend emma was with me and let me use her phone to call shawn (and she had her camera...). and LUCKILY shawn was on his way home for his lunch break, otherwise i think my mom adrenaline would've kicked in and i would've smashed the car window. so jack spent about 15 min. total in the car. while i tried not to panic, he had a great time. he loves cars.

So cute...and I'm glad you were able to capture the moment :) I would have liked to have seen you punch through the window though.
That is scary, but a really funny story now that it's all over with! That's awesome that you guys had a camera so that you have pictures of it!
That can be so frightening! Spencer did that with Kate when she was around 4 months. We had to call the cops and Rachel to the rescue. However, this was back in October and fortunately it wasn't a hot day. She was able to sleep right through the 40 mins of waiting for someone to arrive. Oh, the things that happen to kids that they'll never know about. Ü
Jack looks like he was in heaven!! So scary! I'm glad you weren't alone. Goodness.
I think that has happened to almost every mother. He did look like he was having a blast. I really think he is adorable, every picture he is sticking his tongue out somehow!
HEY! I NEED TO BE ON YOUR FRIENDS LIST!!!
Your little guy is so freakin cute.
Hi, Katie, this is Natali's sister, Emily. I just looked at your blog from Nat's and want to tell you that I did this same thing. Only we were outside of Children's Hospital, and everyone that came out knew what had happened. My little boy had a blast, and I just cried, and waited for the POLICE. Yes, the staff called them, and I thought they were going to haul me away to jail, but they didn't.
Hey Katie- your blog is so cute. Your little boy is cute and mischief as well. feel free to check out my blog you can find it through beth and dan.

This sounds kinda bad, but I'm glad that I'm not the only one who has locked their kid in the car! How funny.
