so as we head into the craziest couple months of my life, i just wanted to update before it all happens. shawn and i went down to henderson a couple of weeks ago and found a beautiful house to rent. it was such a relief! 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, only 4 yrs. old. it's gorgeous, we love it! and it was funny because after we found it, all my fears and nerves disappeared. we feel very blessed to have found it, felt guided by our sweet Father. it was a great experience. so anyway, that's done. wish i had pictures to post but deleted them (accidently) from my email, oops. we're slowly packing boxes here and there and have stacks all around the apartment.
then, about a week ago, we found a van for a killer deal and bought it! crazy! i feel very weird driving it, like i'm not old enough, like i'm going to return it tomorrow to my mom, and like i've lost all my coolness. the space is awesome though and jack loves it. maybe, if i get around to it, i'll post a picture. probably not.

baby...somebody shoot me now. he's almost here. he's dropped, i can barely walk, and my legs are KILLING me. i'm being induced on the 23rd so i have 3 weeks. in some ways, you might as well tell me i have another year, that's how far away it feels. but i feel extremely blessed that we're both healthy and the pregnancy has gone perfectly. soon it'll be me and a house full of boys. it's what i've always wanted.
i'll try to post pictures as all of this happens. it's gonna be a crazy ride, but i'm excited!

SO exciting. It's going to be crazy but awesome. The house sounds amazing, can't wait to see pics, the van does make you seem old but I know you can pull it off..your coolness is not all gone I promise, and I can't believe you're going to have another little one so soon! You never cease to amuse me. Your tone is so strong in your writing. I could hear your voice in everything...like a movie. I'm still smiling. Now I have a van buddy. Yes. I've always liked them though...ever since high school when I drove one jr. year. The seats are so much more comfortable and just in time for you not to have to climb in and out of the car...you can just slide into the van. Love you all. We're only a phone-call away.
Oh Katie I'm so happy for you and excited too. It's amazing to really see the Lord bless us in times of need. Things have been crazy around here too and don't think you can get away from here with out us getting together before you all leave. I won't let it happen! So expect a phone call this week.
Katie! I've been thinking about you SO MUCH lately! I'm so glad to hear that everything is falling into place. I had no doubt that it would. Your house sounds PERFECT! And congrats on the van! We've turned into mini-van-moms!!! I can't wait to see pictures of baby boy #2. Only three weeks! That's great! I wish I could see you now. Sounds a bit like my life!!! Its fun, you will love having two boys. They are so fun and they become best friends before you know it. My boys LOVE eachother and do everything together and they are 2 years apart. At first it seems so far away before they can do that, but it happens so quickly. So I didn't know you were moving. That is awesome.I try to keep tabs on you guys through Jordan but things get left out. I cannot believe you are already having this little guy. It seems like yesterday when I saw you at walmart and you didn't even look prego! It might seem as though you have no idea how you are going to manage a move and a new baby as well as a toddler running around, but its SO COOL how everything just works. Life happens and you just roll with the punches and enjoy the ride. Tell Shawn I said hi. We need to get our little boys together to play sometime.
