we just got back from a long awaited trip back home. shawn finished his first session (and did amazingly well, i might add) so we headed to utah for two weeks. we had a great time catching up with family and friends. it was so good to see the mountains again.

shawn's uncle todd was kind enough to let us sneak up to their cabin up midway. grandpa and grandma gibbs and nate and callie came up with. jack had fun building a fire with nate and shawn and then we had s'mores. it was beautiful up there and we had a great time.

Oh, how fun! We miss Utah. I bet it was great to visit with friends and family. And congrats to Shawn for doing so well thusfar!
HI! How fun! Your littlest guy is SO DARLING! So chunky! I love it! Your oldest looks JUST like shawn in my opinion. SO cute. I love the knock-knees picture. I have to laugh at it because my little boys legs are IDENTICAL to that. actually maybe a little bit worse. BUT there is hope. I had legs like that when I was little but NOT at all now- I grew out of it and I am pretty sure its because I began to get some muscle and I grew into my body. hahhaha, I think its kind of cute. Oh and i love your hair! Tell Shawn hi!
Glad to hear you guys are gettin' along quite well. Mark wants to know what the deal is with Jack's Red Sox hat. Did Sean jump ship on the Braves, or is he just giving Jack a chance at a more enjoyable sports future, than us Braves fans have had. Miss you guys!

I just read your side bar of cute things Jack says. So stinking hilarious! "Good boy, Jesus, good boy" was by far my favorite.
That sounds so fun! Wish we could have been in Utah and visit with you too! Your Family is beautiful, and I am so happy to hear Shawn is doing so well.
Also- your hair, not sure if it is new, but I love it!
